INDICATIONS FOR ADMISSION - 3rd-degree atrioventricular block, permanent or temporary with clinical presentations (syncope, dizziness, cardiac insufficiency).
- Symptomatic bradycardia at 2nd-degree atrioventricular block.
- Atrial fibrillation or flutter in conjunction with 3rd-degree atrioventricular block or symptomatic bradycardia.
- Documented symptomatic bradycardia with or without cardiac drugs ingestion (sick sinus syndrome).
- Recurrent syncope induced by influence on the carotid sinus.
- Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome with tachycardia paroxysms.
- Supraventricular tachycardias with narrow QRS complexes.
- Tachycardias with broad QRS complexes (ventricular tachycardias).
- Symptomatic atrial fibrillation or flutter, tachysystolic form, drug-resistant.
