May 14-17, 2003 ELECTROPULSE showcased its products at the equipment exhibition held during 24th Annual Scientific Sessions of the North American Society of Pacing and Electrophysiology .

  

  

This year sessions were held in Washington, DC, at the new Washington Convention Center. This latest in technology facility with 79,000 square meters of column-free prime exhibit space, advanced fiber optic networks, state-of-the-art voice and data services accommodated more then one hundred exhibitors and nearly 6,000 professional attendees of the show.

As always NASPE placed considerable emphasis on technological innovation - which provides the base for all treatment advances - both during the Congress itself and within the exhibition.

Close face-to-face communication with users, buyers and recommenders of our products and services as well as new information presented at this meeting will contribute greatly to ELECTROPULSE products development and advancement.

During the poster session of the congress Tomsk Research Institute of Cardiology and ELECTROPULSE had the poster presentation "Cellular Cardiomyoplasty Using Stem Cells Extracted from Newborn Rat Hearts" that demonstrated research efforts of stem cell use for cardiac disease treatment supported by ELECTROPULSE.

February 18-22, 2003 ELECTROPULSE participated in the exhibition during the XII World Congress on Cardiac Pacing and Electrophysiology.

     

  

Hong Kong College of Cardiology and the International Cardiac Pacing and Electrophysiology Society welcomed delegates and exhibitors at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. This site in Asia, as a venue for the 2003 World Congress, was chosen during the X World Congress in Argentina in 1995. After Washington DC in the US (1991), Buenos Aires in Argentina (1995), and Berlin in Germany (1999), it seems natural to now have this symposium in Asia.

The scientific program comprised teaching courses, featured symposia, state-of-the-art lectures, core curriculum sessions, scientific symposia, joint sessions, debates, how-to sessions, a live demonstration and a certificate course for allied professionals.
