On February 11th 2010 with official visit in Tomsk came President of Russian Federation - Medvedev Dmitriy Anatolievich. Main purpose of his visit was leading modernization and technical development exit committee meeting.
In the context of present visit in the Tomsk Electromechanical factory was leaded special entry exposition for residents of Special Economic Zone. SEZ was represented by only 5 Tomsk innovation companies, among which was “Electropulse”.
Kostrikin Aleksandr Aleksandrovich, chief director of “Electropulse”, in the context of this exposition gave a report to the President Dmitriy Anatolievich Medvedev about last company developments, special programs, directed on social and demography improvements in the country.
For the President were represented following programs:
“Arhythmological help to the population of Russian Federation” - creation of import substitution equipment for cardiovascular surgery, which from 8 of October 2009 by order ¹909 Ministry of Industrial trade. This program was included in a register of promising projects in the area of pharmaceutical and medical industry.
“Program of preventive measures of cardiovascular accidents in time of primary medical actions relief”. In the center of this program is unique company development – system “ELSCAN”.
Accepting this program allow us fundamentally reduce number of rhythm disturbance deaths, which took place in Russia every year about 300 000 incidents.
Creation of biocomposits by including nanomagnetic elements in mesenchymal stem cells, as well as bioengineering structure for their’s direct delivery to myocardium, local activation heart tissue microenvironment and external biocomposit magnetic field immobilization for cardiovascular illness treatment.
President approve present projects, and especially mentioned that it is necessary already now start assume measures for primary projects financing, because their social meaning for Russian people is very significant.
