Name of the project : “Biocomposits using via nanomagnet particles insertion into mesenchymal stem cells, also using of bioengineering construction for theirs address delivery to myocardium, microenvironment heart tissue local activation and biocomposites immobilization by external magnetic field for cardiovascular disease treatment “
|
Project mission Cultural technology and bioreactor engineering for including ferromagnetic nano-particles (magnetite Fe2O3 õ FeO ) in mesenchymal stem cells for treatment of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) , chronic heart failure (CHF) è external cardiac rupture (ECR). For succesfully executed works we should fullfill next conditions: - Using of bone marrow autologous cells (our own cells)
- Using of multipotential mesenchymal stem cells.
- Using of developed and serially released ELKART system and controllable hollow inside catheter with adress delivery (taking part in the Sciense and Innovation Grant FA, manager Tkachuk V.A)
- Microenvironment activation (point RF exposure of ELKART system)
- Cultural technology and bioreactor using for inclusion ferromagnetic nanoparticle (FNP – Fe2O3xFeO) in a mesenchymal stem cells with external magnet for immobilization mesenchymal stem cells in myocardium and other organs. (Patent)
Product : • Technology, devices and methodical references engineering of AMI, CHF è ECR treatment by ferromagnetic nano-particles including in human mesenchymal stem cells with using of bioreactor and myocardium environment activation for confirmation in the Public Health Ministry and Social Development of Russian Federation . • Development of original technologies and devices for stem cells address delivery with 3-D system, based on improved device “ELKART-NAVIGATOR” , hollow inside controllable catheters for MSC injection in myocardium for confirmation in the Public Health Ministry and Social Development of Russian Federation. • Engineering device for external magnetic field creation behind patient heart with biocomposits immobilization on the basis of MSC and FNM. • Creation of study program and references with lection course and practical training for scientists education of new working methods with stem cells, bioengineering, nanotechnology, with using of advanced device “ELKART-NAVIGATOR” for cardiovascular diseases (CVD) treatment.

Main consumers: Cardiological centers,Academy of Medical Sciences, Public Health Ministry and Social Development of Russian Federation confirmation and regional medical institutions. Competitors There are few experiments in the world of using magnetic nano-particles with stemm cells. According to the information that we found in articles, books, conference materials, we didn’t find any technology analog of safety nanoferretics including in MSC without changes of their clonogenic è morphofunctional characteristics. There is one nearest - Electro anatomical analysis NOGA, CARTO system Biosense Vebster (USA) Works with cell material preparation was on unsufficient level, in fact they work with agnogenic mononuclears. This operations still have no authentic results. Our advantages: In comparison with surgical methods of CVD diseases treatment will cost cheaper, period of staying in hospital will be shorter, quality of treatment CVD and quality of patient lifestyle will be better , level of population invalidization will be lower too. Biotechnologies – is the nearest future of modern medicine. Project group · ELECTROPULSE more than 20 years develop, produce, sertificate and sell diagnostic and cardiovascular disease treatment device. In 1990 specialists of this company create first in USSR and on the first in Europe radiofrequent destructor (ablator) for endocardial treatment of arrhythmia. In this project we use ablator for myocardium environment activation. In 1995 was created first variant of ELCART system - cardiac electrophysiological researchments system for to detection of cardiac rhythm disturbance. In 2008 the last modification ELCART2 – was complemented with navigation system, or with visualization system of internal heart cavity (3D – image).
