TREATMENT AND DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM FOR NON-INVASIVE ELECTROPHYSIOLOGICAL STUDIY OF HEART
SYSTEM COMPONENTS: A unit for electrophysiological cardiac parameters registration (ECG and EG); Integrated electrocardiostimulator; Standard computer; Software program for data registration, ECG&EG recording, stimulator control and information documenting.
APPLICATION Ischemic heart disease identification; Study of sinus node automatism functions; Estimation of sinus-atrial and atria-ventricular conduction parameters; Diagnosis of additional pathways; Choosing anti-arrhythmia medication for patients with supraventricular paroxysmal tachycardia and paroxysms of atrial fibrillation.
FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITIES ECG registration through 12 standard leads, EG - 2 differentiated channels and EG of stimulation channels with simultaneous display of any 12 channels on the screen; Esophageal diagnostic and medical stimulation with an integrated cardiostimulator; Recording, storage and processing of examination data; Displaying of examination data to the monitor screen; Printing any number of ECG copies and analysis results.
ADVANTAGES Non-invasive procedure, easy insertion of stimulating electrodes; No need in X-ray control and sterility; Opportunity to make a loading test for patients with high arterial blood-pressure, disease or affection of musculoskeletal system, diseases of lower limbs vessels, respiratory apparatus, nervous system; for elderly, detrained or bed-patients; In the process of examination heart functioning (12 ECG leads, 2 EG leads) and stimulation processes are displayed on one screen; Information is stored automatically in incremental and programmable stimulation modes, in other cases recording is activated by an electrophysiologist; Programmable esophageal diagnostic and medical stimulation provides almost all necessary stimulation parameters (continuous asynchronous ECS, incremental and programmable ECS at base and spontaneous rhythms) Activating ECS in asynchronous mode from any part of the program; In all modes stimulating impulses marks appear at the bottom of the screen; Two separate outputs for esophageal and endocardial pacing are provided; During the examination process it is possible to look through previous shots, zoom in images, count temporary ECG-EG relations automatically with the help of a mouse without stopping basic leads monitoring; After examination cardiocurves are analyzed with necessary data processing; changes in heart functioning are compared to levels and duration of stimulator impulses.
