APPLICATIONS INCLUDE

Radiofrequency ablation of functional (muscular) elements of the atrial wall, without its crippling during cardiosurgical procedures, is used in different techniques of treatment for atrial fibrillation (left atrium isolation, RF maze procedure). Application of our ELECTROPULSE RF-50EPI generator for these techniques allows for reducing the procedure time essentially and making it less traumatic.

• Output power: 0-50 W, in steps of 0,5 W
• The generator has a display for output power, audio and light indication of RF energy delivery.
• RF energy is delivered after stepping on a pedal or pressing a button on the front panel.
• The device provides emergency tripping of RF energy in case of: failure of neutral electrode circuit, output current exceeds 1,3 A.
• The generator automatically maintains the output power so as there is no arcing when the contact between the active electrode and tissue is poor or broken.
