APPLICATION
Using this device in medical practice significantly enhances cardiostimulation and enables to conduct:
• Study of sinus-atrial node functioning with diagnosis of sick sinus syndrome;
• Diagnosis of atrioventricular conductivity;
• Diagnosis of latent coronary insufficiency (CHD)
• Diagnosis and treatment (jugulation) of paroxysmal tachycardia and tachyarrhythmia;
• Temporary treatment of bradycardia with sick sinus syndrome and atrioventricular heart blocks;
• Stress-tests for CHD detection using echocardiograms and drug-tests;
• Adjustment of antiarrhythmic and antiangina jugulation therapy and its efficacy control.
UECS “SOBOL” is designed for electrophysiological studies of heart (EPS). It enables the following modes of diagnostic-treatment endocardial and esophageal electrocardiostimulation (ECS):
• asynchronous stimulation;
• stimulation with automatic frequency increase;
• extrafrequent stimulation in asynchronous mode;
• programmable stimulation at base and spontaneous rhythms with 1-3 extrastimuli forming;
• stimulation in “demand” mode.
